We are located in Whitnash, Leamington Spa (very close to Whitnash Medical Centre). Free customer parking is available. We are also in very short walking distance of the South Farm bus stop (serviced by the Number 1 Stagecoach bus).
Accessibility:
Our room is up a flight of stairs on the first floor. Please bear this in mind when booking for anyone who may have mobility challenges.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that our clients please provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment, we reserve the right to charge in full. Of course, we do understand that unavoidable issues can crop up at short notice and we will do our best to accommodate our clients wherever possible, including re-scheduling appointments for a different date or time.
Ill Health
The health of our team is of utmost priority to be able to continue to support our clients, therefore if you are displaying signs of illness such as cold, cough or flu on the day of your visit, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-schedule your appointment.
Vaccinations
We ask that you please leave at least 2 weeks before your appointment after having received any vaccinations, including flu jabs or Covid-19 jabs.
Allergies
Claire utilises essential oils in the room during Reiki treatment. Our treatment space is in part of our home - please note we do have a pet dog in the building but she is kept away from from any visitors. Please let us know in advance of your visit if you have any allergies that we need to be aware of.
